150 x 40 x 25ah X3000 Cerium Polishing Cup Wheel

Optimum polishing results can be achieved using cerium oxide slurries and felts or composition wheels.  Cup wheels are used for grinding bevels and flat edges. The cup wheel configuration allows for total grinding surface contact with the glass surface. The alignment greatly reduces the need for retruing and increases the processing capabilities of a wider range of glass thickness.

The X3000 wheel is a standard in rubber-based polishing wheels. Its forgiving nature and high polishing capability make it a favorite for many operators. This wheel is used as a final polishing wheel on a wide variety of machines.
