Zox PG Zirconium Oxide Polishing Slurry (1 Gallon Jug)

This polishing slurry can be used to polish conductive and insulating materials, and is particularly well suited for polishing oxide materials as well as metals.

Zox PG is a chemically precipitated "soft" zirconium oxide in an aqueous slurry containing 40% solids.  Zox PG has a wide range of polishing application, including most plastics, glass, semiconductor materials, metals, fiber optics and high refraction precision glass. This versatile polish is an excellent choice for polishing methyl methacrylate contact lenses.  The optimum conditions for Zox PG is dependent upon its various applications.

No dilution is recommended when polishing contact lenses.  When polishing precision glass, it is recommended to dilute 1 part polish with 2 parts water, 4 parts water to 1 part polish is recommended for semiconductor polishing.
